My first complaint is against booking.com. I booked a price of Rs.1457. thru booking. Com. I came and advanced paid Rs 1632. But payment does not get reflected. In the hotel rooms are delivered @1450. So booking through booking.com is a shear loss. More so there are reminders, that there is issue with the card details. This is not the first time. Previous booking at Jaisalmer had similar issue. Booking.com can not be relied any more. Staffed with Indians?
